1. Who we are

• Contact details you choose to give us (such as your name, phone number and email address) when you submit an enquiry, message us on WhatsApp, or email or call us.
• Project details you share so we can respond usefully: property type, approximate area, location, budget range, timeline, and any drawings or reference images you send.
• Standard server request data that any website receives, such as your IP address, browser and the pages you requested. This is used for security and for diagnosing faults.

We do not ask for, and do not want, payment card details or government identity numbers through this website.

3. Cookies and analytics

This website does not currently set advertising or tracking cookies. If we introduce analytics, we will ask for your consent first and update this section before doing so.

4. How we use your information

• To reply to your enquiry and arrange a consultation or site visit
• To prepare proposals, bills of quantities and project timelines
• To manage and deliver a project you have engaged us for
• To keep records we are required to keep by law

We do not use your details for automated decision-making or profiling.

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell your data and we do not share it for advertising. We share the minimum necessary with service providers who help us operate, including website hosting, email, and, where you have engaged us, contractors and suppliers working on your project. We also disclose information where the law requires it.

6. How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become projects are kept for up to two years so we can pick up the conversation if you come back to us. Project records are kept for as long as we are required to for tax, warranty and legal purposes.

7. Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information you give us. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we will not claim otherwise.

8. Your choices

• Ask us what information we hold about you
• Ask us to correct anything that is wrong
• Ask us to delete your information, where we are not required to keep it
• Withdraw consent, or ask us to stop contacting you, at any time
